1. Use of the App

2. Account Registration and Security

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@thegeoview.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Content on the App

• Content Ownership: The content provided on the App (news, videos, timelines, images, etc.) is either owned by Geoview or licensed from third-party sources. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without our prior written consent.
• User-Generated Content (UGC): If the App allows users to submit content (e.g., protest details, comments, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes. You agree that your submitted content:
  • Does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.
  • Is not defamatory, offensive, or illegal.
  • Does not violate the privacy or rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, designs, trademarks, and content associated with Geoview are the property of Geoview or its licensors. Using the App does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content provided on the App.
• That the App will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

You use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Geoview and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Updates to the App and Terms

11. Dispute Resolution

• Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of India.
• Jurisdiction: For users in jurisdictions where arbitration is not enforceable, disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
